What I’ve Learned About Weddings

-DO NOT pick a dress with beads under the arms.

Three days later you will still regret it.

During planning, you will wish you ran away to the beach.

Don’t do it. When you’re sitting at your reception, surrounded by people who love you, the stress will be worth it.

Leave plenty of time between the ceremony and the reception.

It will drive your guests crazy. But it will give you a chance to enjoy your day, and to eat and get pictures without feeling rushed.

-Don’t skip the exit.

Seriously. Getting confetti thrown at you is the most fun thing ever!

-Plan at least a week for a honeymoon

This is our biggest regret. It would really have been nice to have some time just the two of us before the real world kicked in again.

I’m sure there’s more, but these were the biggest things! Happy weekend!
